Quality Glass Company, Inc.

I had a great experience using Quality Glass to replace some windows that had fogged up in my home. Hope was the estimator who came out and she was very knowledgeable and professional when looking at the damaged windows and determining what was needed to replace the glass. She utilized a digital tool to determine glass thickness which gave me a piece of mind knowing we would get the correct replacement to march. They even ordered sample mullions to make sure we matched the color correctly. Zach was the technician who came and efficiently installed the new panels. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous in our home. I highly recommend this company.

Not happy with my experience. My husband was quoted a price, in person, and it was higher when he picked the items up. The quoted price, apparently, did not include rounding the corners…which was discussed at the initial visit and quoted on that information. We were messaged that our items were ready on Wednesday. They were not ready when he picked them up on Thursday. The tech was not aware that the corners were to be rounded, which again, was ordered in person. I just don’t think our overall experience was up to par with my expectations of a local, family-owned business.

I recently went to Quality Glass to have the bottom sash of my window repaired. The staff seemed helpful, and I picked up the sash after the glass was replaced. However, when I got home and reinstalled it, the glass cracked immediately upon closing the window. It appeared there may have been a hairline crack or flaw that wasn’t visible at the time. I called the shop right away — within 15 to 20 minutes — to explain what happened. Unfortunately, they still charged me full price again to replace the glass, even though the issue occurred almost immediately after I left their shop. While I understand accidents happen, I was disappointed that there was no offer of a discount or any consideration given the circumstances and how quickly I reported the issue. I expected better customer service and accountability from a local business.

Paid over $900 for just top replacement windows. Was quoted $180 for them over the phone. Got there in office and lady told me they were I’ve $300 a piece. Needed these as fast as possible for a daycare so I purchased 3 of them. Picked up a week later and installed them myself. A day later a kid threw a rock a broke another window so I called City Glass. Same size window with exact same 270 low e, They charged $146. I’ve replaced multiple windows now at several of these centers. Quality Glass lost business by bait and switch pricing. I wouldn’t go back here for free glass 💯

I’ve worked with several glass companies for the custom tables I make, and Quality Glass is by far the best. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and the way they finish and polish the edges is truly next level. The craftsmanship speaks for itself, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be a forever customer. Thanks, guys!
